Choosing Between Ride-on and Walk-Behind Scrubbers

There are two types of industrial scrubbing equipment available to businesses: the type you can ride on, and the ones that users push from behind. Both varieties are effective in their own right when it comes to cleaning floor surfaces in an instant versus the traditional bucket and mop approach, although their method of operation differs. One question remains, however: Is one truly better than the other?

The main advantage of using ride-on industrial scrubbers is that operators do not have to tire themselves from pushing the machine from one end of the premises to the other. Such an advantage can be a boon to  business productivity as the operator can be tasked to do another job right after cleaning. A ride-on scrubber, in other words, reduces employee fatigue and at the same time makes sure the job gets done in no time.

On the other hand, walk-behind scrubbers are best known for their compact design, which allows them to easily fit in tight spots where ride-on models will have difficulty maneuvering around. In addition, walk-behind models are generally more affordable than ride-on types. Both types of scrubbers have their own advantages, so businesses should select one based on their specific cleaning needs.
